Data controller
The controller is Simfra, 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact [email protected] for privacy matters.
Data we collect
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, optional phone number and company name, and the content of your enquiry. The server may record basic technical data, including IP address, request time and browser details, to protect the website.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use enquiry data to respond and correspond with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR/GDPR). We process technical data for website security on the same basis. We do not use an enquiry to subscribe you to email marketing.
Retention
We delete enquiries and related data 180 days after receipt unless further retention is necessary for a contract or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. In that case we will explain the separate period or criteria.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised staff and necessary hosting, network and email service providers may access data to operate the service. Network infrastructure may operate outside the controller’s country. We will provide details of providers and any international transfers on request.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email [email protected]. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local supervisory authority.
Voluntary data and automated decisions
Providing data is voluntary, but we need an email address and description to respond. We do not make solely automated decisions or profile people who contact us.
